As part of our continued regional growth, we are looking for a

Commercial Excellence Specialist

to support the continuous improvement of our commercial processes, customer management and business performance across international markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the optimization of commercial processes and sales performance.
  • Analyze commercial data, customer activities and business performance indicators.
  • Maintain and improve CRM data quality and reporting accuracy.
  • Coordinate sales planning activities with commercial and operational teams.
  • Prepare business reports, dashboards and commercial performance analyses.
  • Support pricing updates, commercial documentation and contract administration.
  • Collaborate with Product Management, Regulatory Affairs, Quality and Supply Chain teams.
  • Identify opportunities to improve commercial efficiency and customer service.
  • Contribute to business process standardization and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support management with strategic commercial reporting and decision-making.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Life Sciences or related disciplines.
  • Previous experience in Commercial Excellence, Business Operations, Sales Operations, Business Analysis or Commercial Coordination is highly appreciated.
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and business reporting tools.
  • Experience with CRM and ERP systems is considered an advantage.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Fluent English.
  • Arabic is considered an advantage.

Compensation

AED 22,000 – 34,000 per month
