Essential Oils & Natural Fragrance Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain professional relationships with customers, distributors and business partners in the fragrance, cosmetics and personal care industries.
• Support commercial projects involving essential oils, natural fragrance ingredients and botanical raw materials.
• Prepare product presentations, commercial proposals and technical information packages.
• Coordinate communications with international suppliers, manufacturers and customers.
• Identify new market opportunities within Saudi Arabia and the GCC region.
• Support participation in international exhibitions, fragrance events and industry conferences.
• Monitor market trends related to essential oils, natural fragrances and premium botanical ingredients.
• Contribute to the expansion of Palomba General Trading LLC within the Middle East.

Requirements

• Strong interest in essential oils, fragrance ingredients, cosmetics or natural products.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Professional, proactive and organized working approach.
• Ability to work in an international and multicultural environment.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Experience in fragrances, cosmetics, personal care, ingredients, wellness or related sectors is appreciated.
• Knowledge of essential oils or botanical ingredients is considered an advantage.
• Arabic language skills are appreciated but not mandatory.
