Our portfolio includes botanical extracts, pharmaceutical ingredients, nutraceutical ingredients, food ingredients, essential oils, natural fragrance solutions and specialty raw materials for the pharmaceutical, food, cosmetic and wellness industries.

To support the expansion of our business activities in Qatar and strengthen our international product portfolio, we are looking for a

Category Manager – Natural Ingredients & Botanical Extracts

based in Doha.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop the Natural Ingredients & Botanical Extracts product category.
  • Identify new suppliers and evaluate innovative natural ingredients for international markets.
  • Monitor market trends, pricing and competitor activities.
  • Support supplier qualification and strategic sourcing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with international customers to understand product requirements and market opportunities.
  • Prepare product portfolio presentations and commercial documentation.
  • Coordinate with manufacturers, logistics partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Support the launch of new ingredients across pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, food and cosmetic sectors.
  • Represent the company during international trade fairs, supplier meetings and B2B events.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Experience in natural ingredients, botanical extracts, pharmaceuticals, nutraceuticals, food ingredients or international trading is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and commercial mindset.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in an international environment.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Additional languages are considered an advantage.

Compensation

QAR 18,000 – 30,000 per month

Salary will be determined according to experience, qualifications and professional achievements.

Outstanding candidates may receive additional performance incentives.
