Responsibilities
- Assess patients, observe responses to interventions, notify physicians as appropriate, and complete timely documentation.
- Perform duties within the scope of required knowledge, skills, experience, and demonstrated competency.
- Prioritize nursing care and identify plans based on individual patient needs.
- Provide care related to comfort, positioning, hygiene, nutrition, hydration, elimination, skin integrity, and respiratory needs.
- Administer and document medications, infusions, narcotics, and controlled drugs according to policy.
- Provide nursing care, patient support, and patient or family teaching according to nursing standards and procedures.
- Prepare and explain procedures to patients and assemble required equipment.
Requirements
- Three years of experience as a registered midwife is required.
- An eligibility letter or DHA license is required.
- A bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Candidates must work within their competency and seek assistance when their competency is insufficient.
Compensation
- Pay starts at AED 6,000 per month.
Workplace and Relocation
- Work is performed in person in Dubai.
- Candidates must be able to reliably commute to Dubai or plan to relocate before starting.
