Experience and knowledge
- Medical coding experience in a hospital or clinic setting.
- Hands-on experience with Clinica approvals and insurance claims processing.
- Knowledge of CPT, ICD-10-CM, HCPCS, and medical terminology.
- Experience with insurance pre-authorizations, approvals, claim submission, and resubmission.
- Ability to review clinical documentation and ensure accurate coding.
- Experience handling rejected or denied claims and identifying coding-related issues.
- Knowledge of DHA and insurance requirements in the UAE.
- Strong coordination skills with doctors, billing, insurance, and clinical departments.
Role duties
- Process insurance pre-authorizations and approvals.
- Submit and resubmit insurance claims.
- Review clinical documentation and ensure accurate coding.
- Handle rejected and denied claims and identify coding-related issues.
- Coordinate with doctors, billing, insurance, and clinical departments.
Pay
- AED 3,500 per month.
