Role Description
The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing a regional sales strategy to drive sponsorships, partnerships, exhibitor bookings, and ticket sales for The Summit of Future 2026.
This part-time, hybrid role is based in Dubai, with a combination of on-site client meetings and remote work.
Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting outreach to potential partners, delivering sales presentations, and managing a pipeline from initial contact through to contract closure.
The person in this role will collaborate closely with marketing, events, and operations teams to align sales efforts with campaign timelines and program milestones.
They will also analyze regional market trends, prepare sales forecasts and reports, represent the summit at industry events, and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or sponsorship sales, preferably in events, conferences, media, or related industries.
- Strong skills in lead generation, pipeline management, negotiation, and closing deals, with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities, with comfort engaging senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment in Dubai, balancing field meetings, client visits, and remote work while managing time and priorities independently.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and basic sales reporting; ability to interpret data and market insights to shape regional sales strategies.
- Knowledge of regional markets in the Middle East and an understanding of corporate sponsorship and partnership dynamics is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
