Role Description
The Organizational Development Manager will design and implement strategies to enhance organizational effectiveness and employee development.
Responsibilities
include analyzing company processes, leading organizational change initiatives, spearheading leadership development programs, and aligning HR practices with business goals.
This is a part-time hybrid role based in Dubai, with the flexibility to work remotely when required.
The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams and leadership to drive continuous improvement across the organization.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Analytical Thinking and Problem Solving
- Capacity for enhancing Organizational Effectiveness and Organizational Development with innovative strategies
- Expertise in HR Management, including policy design and employee engagement
- Experience in developing and delivering Leadership Development initiatives
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in strategic planning and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- A minimum of a bachelor's degree in Organizational Behavior, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a master’s degree is a plus
- Prior experience in a similar role, preferably within a multinational or event-driven organization
