Role Description
We are seeking a part-time on-site Implementation Manager to join us in our Dubai location.
The role involves coordinating projects, managing schedules, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring that deadlines and goals are met effectively.
You will oversee the implementation of strategies and operations related to event planning, from vendor collaboration to on-the-ground execution.
As a pivotal member of the team, you will ensure that projects align with the Summit's mission and vision, fostering an exceptional attendee experience.
Qualifications
- Project management skills, including the ability to manage timelines and deliverables effectively
- Strong organizational and coordination capabilities, ensuring seamless execution of events
- Excellent interpersonal, team collaboration, and communication skills
- Experience in vendor management and logistical planning for large-scale events
- Adaptability and problem-solving skills to manage last-minute changes smoothly
- Proficiency in tools for project and event management
- Prior experience in event planning, event operations, or a similar role is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in event management, business, or a related field is beneficial
