Key aspects of the role

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified talent aligned with business requirements.
• Manage recruitment from job posting, sourcing, and screening through interviews, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
• Build talent pipelines through networking, talent mapping, market research, and proactive candidate engagement.
• Identify skill gaps and workforce capability needs; support talent development, succession planning, talent assessment, and internal mobility.
• Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce needs, monitor recruitment KPIs, and improve hiring efficiency and candidate experience.

Candidate requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of HR experience, focused on Talent Acquisition and/or Talent Capability.
• UAE work experience and a good understanding of local employment practices and talent trends.
• Native Arabic speaker with strong English communication skills.
• Proactive, collaborative, and results-oriented, with communication, interpersonal, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Available for face-to-face interviews at the stated location.
