Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven Regional Partner Development Manager to define, execute, and grow our partnership strategy across the Middle East. You will be responsible for recruiting, enabling, and managing strategic alliances with System Integrators, Value-Added Resellers, and technology partners to drive revenue growth.
The ideal candidate will have a strong “hunter” mindset , excellent relationship management skills, and a proven track record in partner-led sales within the IT sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner Strategy & Development: Define and execute the partnership roadmap to expand our market presence in the region.
- Recruitment & Management: Research, map, and recruit new partners while strengthening relationships with existing strategic partners.
- Sales Enablement: Train, support, and equip channel partners with the tools and knowledge required to effectively position and sell our solutions.
- Pipeline Generation: Co-develop and execute joint business plans and Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies to generate qualified pipeline.
- Revenue Accountability: Own the full partner sales lifecycle, ensuring targets are achieved and forecasts are accurate.
- Marketing Coordination: Work closely with marketing to deliver regional demand generation campaigns with partners.
- Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for key partners, driving engagement and resolving issues proactively.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 3–15 years in IT channel sales, partner management, or business development, ideally within a System Integrator or Software Vendor in the Middle East.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of Data Management, AI, or IT Infrastructure solutions.
- Sales Skills: Proven ability to manage complex, long sales cycles and build sustainable pipelines.
- Technical Aptitude: Experience using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) for pipeline and deal management.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Language: Fluency in Arabic and English is required.
