Financial Accounting & Reporting

• Lead the end-to-end accounting function, ensuring timely and accurate monthly and year-end financial close.
• Prepare financial statements, management reports, and business performance analysis.
• Maintain the integrity of the general ledger, reconciliations, accruals, provisions, and financial records.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS and internal financial governance standards.

Costing & Operational Finance

• Develop and maintain accurate product costing models and margin analysis.
• Monitor production costs, inventory valuation, wastage, and operational efficiencies.
• Partner with Operations, Production, Procurement, and Sales to provide financial insights that support business decisions.
• Identify opportunities to optimize costs and improve profitability.

Accounts Receivable & Working Capital

• Manage accounts receivable, customer ageing, and collection performance.
• Collaborate with commercial teams to improve collections and reduce overdue balances.
• Monitor customer credit exposure and support effective credit control.
• Drive improvements in working capital and cash flow management.

Budgeting & Business Performance

• Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and business planning activities.
• Analyse financial performance against budget and provide meaningful variance analysis.
• Prepare management dashboards and KPI reports to support strategic decision-making.

Internal Controls & Process Improvement

• Strengthen financial controls across procurement, inventory, sales, and finance processes.
• Improve accounting procedures, reporting efficiency, and finance workflows.
• Support ERP optimization and continuous process improvement initiatives.

Audit, Tax & Compliance

• Coordinate statutory and external audits.
• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT, Corporate Tax regulations, and applicable statutory requirements.
• Maintain strong financial governance and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications & Experience

• CA, ACCA, CPA, CMA, or an equivalent professional qualification.
• 8–10 years of progressive finance and accounting experience.
• Proven experience as a Chief Accountant, Finance Manager, or in a similar leadership role.
• Strong background in FMCG, food production, manufacturing, retail, agriculture, or distribution environments.
• Experience managing finance within high-volume transactional operations.
• Strong knowledge of: IFRS, Cost Accounting, Inventory Management & Controls, Accounts Receivable & Credit Control, ERP Systems, Financial Reporting & Business Analysis
