Job Purpose

We are looking for a strategic and innovative Brand Manager to lead our

Neuromuscular

  • portfolio.
  • In this role, you will be responsible for defining and adapting brand strategy, positioning, and integrated business plans while ensuring successful execution across assigned markets.
  • You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive brand growth, optimize patient access, enhance stakeholder engagement, and deliver business objectives in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • What Will Your Responsibilities Be?
  • Develop and adapt the brand vision, positioning, and strategic direction in alignment with global and regional objectives
  • Identify key market opportunities, patient needs, and value drivers to shape brand strategy and maximize patient impact
  • Define patient profiles, customer segmentation, and targeting strategies to support effective engagement and market growth
  • Develop and implement engagement strategies in collaboration with Medical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, Market Access, and Commercial teams
  • Lead the development and execution of regional and local Integrated Business Plans (IBPs) through cross-functional collaboration
  • Design and implement launch strategies and commercialization plans for new products and indications when applicable
  • Develop patient-centric campaigns, promotional materials, and communication strategies tailored to local market needs
  • Create impactful brand messages that effectively communicate product value and address unmet patient needs
  • Drive innovation and creativity across marketing initiatives to enhance customer engagement and brand performance
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, healthcare landscape changes, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities
  • Forecast brand performance, revenue, market share, and budget requirements while ensuring alignment with financial objectives
  • Define and monitor key brand performance indicators, ensuring regular review and optimization of business strategies
  • Train and support field teams on brand positioning, scientific messaging, campaign objectives, and customer engagement strategies
  • Conduct field visits to gain market insights, strengthen relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), and assess the effectiveness of brand initiatives
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with healthcare professionals, KOLs, investigators, and advocacy stakeholders within the Neuromuscular field
  • Manage product profitability and marketing investments, ensuring effective allocation of resources and return on investment
  • Evaluate marketing activities and campaigns through performance analysis and implement corrective actions when required
  • Collaborate with Sales, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, Finance, and Legal teams to ensure successful execution of business plans
  • Prepare and deliver business reviews, performance updates, and strategic recommendations to internal and external stakeholders
  • Maintain strong relationships with principals and ensure timely delivery of agreed objectives, reports, and governance requirements
  • Ensure all marketing activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, quality standards, and ethical guidelines

What We'Re Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy
  • 5 to 8 years of experience in Brand Management, Product Management, Marketing, or Commercial roles within the pharmaceutical industry
  • Experience in specialty care, rare diseases, neurology, or Neuromuscular therapeutic areas is an advantage
  • Strong strategic thinking and business planning capabilities
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate market insights into actionable strategies
  • Strong project management and cross-functional leadership skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment
  • Strong financial and commercial acumen, including forecasting and budget management
  • Ability to influence and collaborate effectively across different functions and markets
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and compliance awareness
  • Excellent command of English and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
