At some point, many senior leaders start asking a different kind of question:
“Do I continue on this path, or build something of my own?”
For some, the answer isn’t another corporate role.
It’s the opportunity to work more closely with CEOs, stay intellectually engaged, and create something independently.
As part of its continued growth in The Middle East, The Alpha Group International is exploring the appointment of a Regional Director in Saudi Arabia.
This opportunity allows an experienced professional to establish and lead their own executive advisory practice within an established international framework.
About the role
- Regional Directors work directly with CEOs and business owners through confidential peer advisory boards.
- The role typically involves:
- Facilitating small groups of business leaders in a structured, confidential setting
- Supporting CEOs as they work through strategic, operational, and leadership challenges
- Building long-term relationships within the regional business community
- Developing an advisory practice through ongoing board engagement
- Working within an established model with training and ongoing support
- Background that tends to fit well
