Through our Regional Director model, we partner with experienced professionals to establish and facilitate advisory boards within their regions, enabling meaningful impact on leadership, business growth, and long-term enterprise value.
Role Description
- We are currently expanding and inviting experienced professionals to explore the Regional Director opportunity.
- As a Regional Director, you will build and facilitate peer advisory boards made up of CEOs, founders, and senior executives within your network or region.
- This is a relationship-led, strategic role focused on:
- Curating high-quality groups of senior business leaders
- Facilitating structured monthly advisory board discussions
- Creating an environment of accountability, challenge, and strategic thinking
- Supporting leaders in improving decision-making and business outcomes
- You will be fully supported with training, accreditation, global systems, and ongoing operational guidance.
Qualifications
- We are looking for individuals who typically demonstrate:
- Strong network within the SME, executive, or founder ecosystem
- High-level communication and facilitation ability
- Credibility when engaging with senior decision-makers (CEOs, founders, directors)
- Ability to build relationships and operate in trust-based environments
- Interest in long-term partnership models and leadership impact
