Hiring: Regional Brand Manager – Construction Machinery (MENA Region)

Our client is seeking a Regional Brand Manager to support and execute brand marketing activities across the MENA region. The role will focus on regional brand promotion, distributor marketing coordination, event execution, and digital platform management to strengthen the company’s market presence and brand influence.

This position requires a proactive and creative marketing professional who is comfortable working in a fast-paced international business environment and coordinating with both internal teams and external partners across multiple markets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Regional Brand Promotion & Marketing Execution

• Coordinate with local distributors to develop and implement regional marketing and brand promotion plans.
• Support brand development and market visibility across MENA markets.
• Plan and execute regional marketing activities, including exhibitions, customer events, open days, and promotional campaigns.
• Support this regional marketing initiatives and ensure smooth execution of regional activities.

2. Digital Marketing & Online Platform Management

• Manage and maintain the company’s website and digital platforms, including content updates and visual presentation.
• Manage social media platforms and digital channels, including content creation, publishing, and audience engagement, to enhance brand awareness and online influence.
• Coordinate marketing content and ensure alignment with the company’s brand image and communication standards.

3. Brand Identity & Creative Coordination

(Graphic design production will be supported by external agencies)

• Coordinate the development and update of marketing materials in line with the company’s Brand Identity guidelines.
• Liaise with external agencies and vendors to ensure consistency and quality of promotional materials.
• Support regional exhibitions and marketing campaigns with creative coordination and branding support.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Business, Communications, Design, or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in brand marketing, regional marketing, or marketing communications roles.
• Experience in the construction machinery industry or related industries is required.
• Strong understanding of marketing, branding, and promotional activities.
• Experience coordinating exhibitions, events, or distributor marketing activities is preferred.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing operations.
• Design-related skills or familiarity with tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, or InDesign would be an advantage.
• Good English communication skills.
• Strong organizational, coordination, and communication skills.
• Creative, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Willingness to travel within the MENA region for business trips.
