About This Role

招聘一位:人事行政兼出纳。

Hiring: Cashier & HR Admin (Chinese-speaking)

Job Location: Dubai, UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily cash collections, deposits, and reconciliation.
  • Maintain petty cash and ensure accurate financial records.
  • Support invoice processing, receipts, and basic accounting tasks; coordinate with HQ HR and Finance teams.
  • Manage office administrative tasks, including filing, supplies, and documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors as required.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and audit requirements.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above.
  • Over 2 years of relevant experience in the UAE is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling cash and documents.
  • Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word).
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin) is required.
  • Currently based in the UAE.

Salary Budget: AED 6000 – 7500 per month + employment visa & medical insurance + 30 days paid annual leave & return air tickets + 2 days off per week.
