**Salary:** AED 7,000–7,500 per month + Performance-Based Incentives

Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced **Recruitment Specialist** with a strong background in **aviation recruitment**.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience recruiting **Pilots, Cabin Crew, Engineering Professionals, AMEs, Flight Operations, and other aviation-related roles**.

The successful candidate must be proactive, KPI-driven, and capable of managing the full recruitment lifecycle independently.

**Please note:** This role is strictly for candidates with **direct aviation recruitment experience**.

Applicants with operational aviation backgrounds (Cabin Crew, Ground Operations, Airport Services, Customer Service, etc.) without recruitment experience will not be considered.

Similarly, recruiters with only general recruitment experience will not be shortlisted unless they can clearly demonstrate aviation hiring experience.

This is an **immediate hiring requirement**, and candidates with a notice period of **one month or less** are preferred.

Compensation

  • Fixed Salary: **AED 7,500 per month**
  • Performance Incentives:
  • AED 100 per Cabin Crew hire
  • AED 250 per Pilot hire
  • AED 150 per Engineering Professional hire

Key Responsibilities

  • Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and direct outreach.
  • Screen, assess, and shortlist candidates based on client requirements.
  • Recruit for aviation roles, including Pilots, Cabin Crew, Engineering Professionals, AMEs, Flight Operations, Ground Operations, and related positions.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Conduct headhunting, cold calling, and proactive talent sourcing.
  • Develop and maintain aviation talent pipelines.
  • Track recruitment KPIs and prepare weekly recruitment reports.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and databases.
  • Ensure compliance with recruitment processes and hiring standards.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment strategies.

Requirements

  • Minimum **2 years of aviation recruitment experience**.
  • Proven **UAE recruitment experience**.
  • Demonstrated experience recruiting **Pilots and/or Cabin Crew**.
  • Experience recruiting Engineering Professionals, AMEs, Flight Operations, or other aviation positions is highly preferred.
  • Strong sourcing, headhunting, and stakeholder management skills.
  • KPI-driven with experience in recruitment reporting and analytics.
  • Experience in talent mapping, cold calling, and candidate outreach.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Existing aviation industry network is an advantage.
