We are seeking a passionate and customer-oriented Female Barista to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have experience in preparing and serving a variety of coffee and beverage products while delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced café environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and specialty beverages according to company standards.
- Operate coffee machines and maintain equipment cleanliness.
- Greet customers, take orders, and provide excellent customer service.
- Ensure food and beverage presentation meets quality standards.
- Handle cash and POS transactions accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the café and workstations.
- Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management.
- Follow health, safety, and food hygiene regulations.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Barista in a café, restaurant, or hospitality environment.
- Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and latte art is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Well-groomed and professional appearance.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
