Role Description
This is an on-site seasonal/temporary role for a Recruitment Specialist , based in Makkah. The primary focus of this role is to support the recruitment and deployment of qualified medical staff for Hajj season (medical missions/expeditions) .
Key Responsibilities
- Source and recruit qualified healthcare professionals (e.g., nurses, physicians, allied health) for Hajj missions
- Manage high-volume recruitment processes within tight timelines
- Conduct screening, interviews, and candidate evaluations
- Coordinate onboarding and deployment of selected candidates
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and credentialing requirements
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify staffing needs for Hajj season
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports
Qualifications
- Proven experience in healthcare recruitment or mass hiring campaigns
- Strong ability to manage recruitment under pressure and tight deadlines
- Experience in seasonal staffing or Hajj projects is highly preferred
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Knowledge of Saudi labor laws and healthcare regulations is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
