Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and driven Recruitment Specialist to join our growing team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in retail recruitment, preferably within the perfume industry, and a passion for sourcing top talent.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for retail positions.

Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various retail roles.

Conduct interviews and provide recommendations based on suitability.

Collaborate with hiring managers to identify hiring needs and define job requirements.

Handle recruitment through government platforms such as HADAF, Tawteen, Tamheer, and Ajeer.

Maintain and regularly update the candidate database.

Ensure alignment with Saudization regulations and targets.

Coordinate a smooth and efficient onboarding process for new hires.

Provide insights on market trends and suggest innovative recruitment strategies.
Requirements:

Minimum 2–5 years of experience in retail recruitment, preferably in the perfume industry.

Proficiency in English and Arabic (both written and spoken).

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Solid understanding of the Saudi labor market.
