- Support for group recruitment for development teams and field teams is necessary.
- Preparation of recruitment reports and updating the candidate database is expected.
- Coordination with recruitment managers and external recruitment partners is essential.
Skills
- Experience of 1 to 3 years in recruitment.
- Preferably, experience in group recruitment.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in Arabic and English.
- Good knowledge of Excel.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve goals.
- Experience in recruiting for teams or field teams.
- Knowledge of the labor market and recruitment in Saudi Arabia.
- Basic salary of 3500 Riyals + performance-based bonuses.
- Total monthly income can reach 6000 – 8000 Riyals for high performers.
- Transfer of sponsorship is available.
- Medical insurance and accommodation provided.
- 22 days of annual leave.
- The position is available for Arabic-speaking females only.
- The position is available for both males and females.
- Attracting CVs is a key responsibility.
- Interview attendance rates are monitored.
- Interview pass rates are tracked.
- The number of employees registered for work is recorded.
- Retention and continuity rates of employees are assessed.
