Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Recruitment Specialist position based in Jeddah.
The Recruitment Specialist will oversee hiring processes, including sourcing potential candidates, conducting interviews, and managing recruitment strategies.
The role also includes collaborating with internal teams to understand hiring needs, providing training for new hires, and maintaining open communication throughout the recruitment process to ensure an outstanding candidate experience.
Qualifications
- Have 1- 3 years of experience in recruitment.
- The experience in fashion retail is a plus.
- Expertise in Hiring, Recruiting, and Interviewing processes
- Strong Communication skills to engage candidates and stakeholders effectively
- Excellent organization and time management abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Familiarity with talent acquisition strategies and tools is a plus
- Proficiency in maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information
