Role Overview
InkSpilled Technology LLC is hiring its
first team member
— someone who thrives in a startup environment and enjoys working across multiple functions.
This hybrid role blends
recruitment coordination
,
in‑house social media management
, and
client social media support
.
You’ll work directly with the founder, gain exposure to multiple business areas, and play a key role in shaping the company’s early culture and operations.
1. Recruitment & HR Coordination
- Post job openings across LinkedIn, Indeed, NaukriGulf, and other platforms
- Screen CVs and shortlist candidates
- Schedule interviews and manage candidate communication
- Maintain hiring trackers and documentation
- Support onboarding and basic HR processes
2. Company Social Media Management
- Plan and schedule content for InkSpilled’s social media pages
- Assist with captions, basic creatives, and content ideas
- Maintain brand voice and consistency
- Track engagement and suggest improvements
3. Client Social Media Support
- Assist in managing social media accounts for clients
- Coordinate content calendars, captions, and posting schedules
- Work with designers and editors for approvals
- Prepare basic performance reports
Requirements
- Strong communication skills (English essential)
- Basic understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)
- Ability to multitask and manage deadlines
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and proactive mindset
- Must be able to
- commute daily to Prime Business Center, JVC
Preferred (Not Mandatory)
- Experience with Canva or similar design tools
- Internship or experience in HR, recruitment, or social media
- Familiarity with job portals and applicant tracking tools
