This role combines Recruitment and Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) responsibilities within a real estate and construction environment in Dubai , specifically targeting Emirati Nationals .
Key Focus Areas
1. Recruitment Responsibilities
- Managing end-to-end hiring processes for construction and real estate roles
- Sourcing and attracting qualified candidates in a competitive market
- Coordinating interviews and selection with hiring managers
- Ensuring Emiratisation (Emirati Nationals hiring) targets are met
2. HR Business Partner (HRBP) Responsibilities
- Acting as a strategic partner to business units in real estate/construction
- Supporting workforce planning and organizational development
- Handling employee relations, performance management, and engagement
- Advising managers on HR policies, compliance, and best practices
Ideal Profile
- Emirati with familybook
- HR background with experience in recruitment and/or HRBP roles
- Familiarity with construction or real estate industry preferred
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
