We are expanding our team and looking for a dynamic HR professional who can drive talent acquisition while supporting compliance and HR operations across the UAE.
Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR Executive with a strong background in IT recruitment and a keen interest in UAE labor law compliance and HR operations. The ideal candidate will play a dual role in hiring top IT talent and supporting regulatory and administrative HR functions.
Key Responsibilities1. IT Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT roles (NOC, SOC, Network, Security, Infrastructure, etc.)
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and recruitment channels
- Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews with technical teams
- Maintain candidate pipelines and talent databases
- Ensure timely hiring aligned with business requirements
2. HR Operations & UAE Compliance
- Assist in handling UAE labor law compliance and documentation
- Support visa processing, onboarding, and employee documentation
- Coordinate with PROs for government-related processes (MOHRE, immigration, etc.)
- Maintain employee records and ensure adherence to company policies
- Assist in drafting HR policies, contracts, and internal communications
3. Employee Engagement & Administration
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes
- Assist in performance management cycles
- Coordinate employee engagement initiatives
- Handle HR queries and provide administrative support
Requirements
- MBA in HR or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in HR, with strong focus on IT recruitment
- Experience in UAE HR operations/compliance OR willingness to learn
- Familiarity with UAE Labor Law and HR best practices (preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced IT environment
Preferred Skills
- Experience hiring for technical roles (Network, Security, Cloud, NOC/SOC)
- Knowledge of HRMS tools and recruitment platforms
- Exposure to compliance processes in UAE (visa, labor, documentation)
