Salary: AED 2,500 to 4,000 + Performance Incentives
About the Role:
This is not a typical HR job. You will be responsible for bringing in clients and fulfilling their hiring needs. If you can generate business and close recruitment deals, you will grow fast in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new clients and recruitment opportunities
- Build relationships with companies locally and internationally
- Manage full recruitment cycle from sourcing to placement
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on client requirements
- Handle multiple job roles and client accounts
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience in recruitment or business development
- Strong client handling and negotiation skills
- Ability to close deals and meet targets
- Organized and able to manage multiple tasks
