This role is pivotal in shaping our workforce and ensuring we attract, engage, and retain top talent.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with business goals
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
- Manage end‑to‑end recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for technical, operational, and project management roles.
- Implement employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice.
- Track recruitment metrics (time‑to‑hire, cost‑per‑hire, quality of hire) and optimize processes.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, diversity, and inclusion standards.
- Mentor and guide recruitment team members to achieve hiring targets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 7+ years of recruitment experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Strong background in
- construction or real estate recruitment
- (technical, engineering, project roles).
- Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and Boolean search strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to thrive in fast‑paced, project‑driven environments.
