Position: CV Line Machine Supervisor
We are seeking experienced professionals for the position of CV Line / CCV Extrusion Supervisor in the cable manufacturing industry.
Purpose
To lead the team of Operators working in the CCV Extrusion Section and ensure that the output of each machine conforms to the set quality standards and specifications
Key requirements
- Strong experience in CCV / CV Line operations
- Experience in MV/HV power cable manufacturing
- Knowledge of the XLPE extrusion process
- Experience handling production teams, quality checks, troubleshooting & machine operations
- Exposure to Maillefer / Troester / similar CCV lines is preferred
- GCC experience is an added advantage
Experience
- 5 years’ experience at the level of Senior Operator in CV line and minimum 5 years’ experience as a supervisor in Education
- Certified from Industrial Training Institutes after Secondary School or pre-degree
