We are seeking a
Project Manager
with a proven track record of delivering high-value residential and commercial developments.
Must have a strong background working directly for main contracting construction companies and have completed full lifecycles of High-Rise buildings (Minimum G+20 floors) as the primary Project Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- **End-to-End Execution:**
- Lead and manage the complete project lifecycle
- **Project Governance:**
- Manage project timelines, critical paths, budget allocations, and resource distribution to ensure profitable and timely delivery.
- **Contractor & Vendor Management:**
- Oversee subcontractors, suppliers, and site engineers, ensuring strict adherence to contractual obligations, quality standards, and safety protocols.
- **Stakeholder Alignment:**
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, architects, and local authorities to ensure seamless project progression.
- **Risk & Quality Control:**
- Implement rigorous QA/QC processes and proactive risk-mitigation strategies to navigate high-rise construction complexities.
Must-Have Qualifications & Experience
- High-Rise Expertise: Proven track record managing High-Rise building projects with a minimum height of G+20 floors.
- Must have completed at least one full project cycle (Start-to-Closure/Handover) specifically in the capacity of a Project Manager.
- Demonstrated experience handling high-value projects, including premium
- High-Rise developments and luxury Villas

- **Education:**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
