Role overview

Responsibilities

• Own delivery of senior and business-critical mandates at manager, director, and senior leadership levels.
• Source, screen, interview, reference, and manage offers while building shortlists.
• Align with internal stakeholders on role clarity, timelines, and market realities.
• Manage complex client stakeholders, decision-makers, approvals, and governance.
• Deliver clear candidate communication and a well-managed process.
• Use recruitment tools and data to stay organized, fast, and accountable.
• Advise clients on market availability, compensation, and realistic timelines.

Experience and qualifications

• Demonstrated, measurable agency recruitment delivery experience, not only business-development support.
• Strong experience delivering senior management and director-level hiring.
• Exposure to UAE and Saudi markets, including networks, market mapping, and cultural awareness.
• Experience serving MNC and government or semi-government entities is sought.
• Arabic, spoken and/or written, is a strong plus.
