Role Overview

Core Responsibilities

• Win new roles through targeted business development, referrals, networking, and warm-market penetration.
• Qualify briefs by clarifying must-haves, preferences, salary reality, availability, timelines, and interview processes.
• Influence hiring managers, manage expectations, and maintain momentum through recruitment processes.
• Map markets, create target lists, plan outreach, build pipelines, and engage talent.
• Source, screen, interview, shortlist, prepare candidates, manage feedback, handle offers, and close placements.
• Build candidate trust, protect confidentiality, and manage multiple processes without losing control.
• Manage fees, terms, exclusivity conversations, negotiations, CRM records, forecasting, and desk scalability.

Required Qualifications

• Arabic speaking with strong English communication skills.
• Agency recruitment background in a 360 or full-desk capacity.
• Proven ability to win business and deliver placements, retained or exclusive wins, repeat clients, or strong conversion results.
• Ability to operate at pace with senior stakeholders and advise hiring managers.
• Strong sourcing skills in search, headhunting, outreach, and qualification.
• Strong structured process control across recruitment delivery.
• Commercial understanding of margin, time-to-fill, and pipeline value.
• UAE or GCC market knowledge is a strong advantage.
