What You'll Do
- Own and deliver territory ARR and recurring-revenue targets.
- Find and qualify opportunities across existing customers, new prospects, and tender pipelines.
- Lead discovery, proposals, commercial discussions, negotiation, and deal close.
- Partner with account managers on customer expansion and attach opportunities.
- Sell outcomes including ROI, performance, compliance, and risk reduction.
- Bring in pre-sales or solution teams to shape scope and support complex bids.
- Maintain accurate CRM, pipeline, and forecasts.
- Track market activity and competitors and turn insights into pipeline.
What the Employer Needs
- Proven B2B software or SaaS sales experience, including complex cycles and multiple stakeholders.
- Confidence with senior decision-makers and technical stakeholders.
- Strong pipeline discipline and funnel management.
- Commercial ability in pricing, ROI conversations, negotiation, and contracts.
- Software sales linked to wider systems or equipment programs is a bonus.
- Cloud, cybersecurity, or AI-enabled solutions knowledge is a plus.
- Based in Dubai or able to relocate, and open to regional travel.
