SELECTED is currently partnering with a leading global law firm that is looking to hire a Recruitment Advisor to join their Dubai office on a 6 month fixed term contract, with the possibility of the role becoming permanent.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly respected international firm with a fantastic working culture and strong regional presence across the Middle East and EMEA.
Working as part of the wider Recruitment and People team, the successful candidate will support the full recruitment lifecycle across business services and legal hiring, while partnering closely with senior stakeholders across the business.
Responsibilities
- Managing the recruitment process from initial briefing through to onboarding
- Supporting hiring activity across legal and business support functions
- Coordinating interviews, stakeholder communication and candidate management
- Advising internal stakeholders on recruitment processes and market insights
- Supporting onboarding and offer management processes
- Assisting with recruitment reporting, analysis and process improvements
- Supporting wider recruitment initiatives and regional hiring projects
- Building strong relationships with hiring managers and internal stakeholders across the firm
Requirements
- Previous recruitment or talent acquisition experience within a law firm or professional services environment is highly preferred
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and stakeholder management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities within a fast paced environment
- Professional and proactive approach with strong commercial awareness
- Currently based in the UAE preferred
