SELECTED is currently partnering with a leading global professional services firm that is looking to hire a Human Resources Assistant to join their Middle East team based in Abu Dhabi.
This is an excellent opportunity for a junior HR professional to join a highly respected international organisation with a fantastic working culture, outstanding brand and strong long term career progression opportunities.
Working as part of a regional HR team supporting multiple offices across the Middle East, the successful candidate will be involved across the full employee lifecycle and play a key role in supporting the day to day HR operations of the business.
Responsibilities
- Supporting the HR team with day to day people operations and employee queries
- Coordinating onboarding and offboarding processes across the Middle East offices
- Maintaining employee records, HR trackers and HR systems
- Assisting with payroll coordination, leave management and HR reporting
- Supporting recruitment coordination, interview scheduling and Early Careers activity
- Assisting with inductions, probation tracking and employee engagement processes
- Liaising with internal stakeholders across HR, Operations, IT and Finance teams
- Supporting wider HR projects and regional people initiatives
Requirements
- 1–3 years experience within Human Resources or HR Administration
- Previous experience within a professional services, legal or corporate environment is preferred
- Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
- Professional, proactive and highly confidential approach
- Experience using HR systems or Workday is advantageous
- Currently based in the UAE preferred
