Role Overview

The Recruiting Operations Manager leads the Recruiting Coordinator team and programs that support a world-class recruiting function.

The role oversees tier-one operational work and scheduling volume while helping the function scale with the business.

The role partners with the Senior Systems Analyst to simplify and automate tier-one work.

The role leads programs supporting interviewer enablement, candidate experience, internal mobility, and alumni engagement.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage the Recruiting Coordinator team, tier-one operational work, scheduling volume, and team performance and development.
  • Identify tier-one pain points and drive automation with the Senior Systems Analyst.
  • Lead interviewer enablement, candidate experience, internal mobility, and alumni or rehire programs.
  • Implement process improvements that reduce friction for recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates.
  • Handle escalations for scheduling and coordination issues.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Recruiting, Business Systems, and People Operations.

What You Have

  • 5–8+ years of recruiting operations or coordination experience with progressive team-management experience.
  • Experience managing a coordinator or operations team, including performance management and process improvement.
  • Experience partnering with systems or technical teams on automation opportunities.
  • Experience designing or running structured internal recruiting programs.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills for high-volume, time-sensitive work.
  • Excellent cross-functional communication skills with Recruiting, Systems, and People stakeholders.

Compensation

  • The listed compensation range is $131,300–$196,900 USD, with equity and bonus opportunities.
