- Handle end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT roles
- Source, screen, and coordinate interviews
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly hiring targets
- Manage salary negotiation and offer rollout
- Ensure candidate joining and follow-ups
Requirements
- Experience in consultancy recruitment
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Target-driven and self-motivated
- Familiar with CRM tools & MS Office
- Spouse Visa candidates preferred
