RHK Properties LLC is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Recruiter to join our growing team in Dubai.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands the real estate industry, and has a passion for identifying top talent.
As a Real Estate Recruiter, you will play a key role in building high-performing sales teams by sourcing, screening, and onboarding exceptional candidates who align with our company culture and vision.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle for real estate and corporate positions
- Source and attract qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, social media, referrals, and networking
- Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of real estate agents and industry professionals
- Create and post engaging job advertisements across multiple platforms
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
- Coordinate onboarding documentation and hiring processes
- Collaborate closely with management to understand hiring needs and workforce planning
- Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives
- Ensure a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Requirements
- Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR
- Real estate recruitment experience is an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and sourcing platforms
- Ability to assess candidate profiles and identify top talent
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure
- Professional presentation and communication skills
- Knowledge of UAE real estate hiring trends is a plus
