and ambitious plans across multiple markets, we are looking for an
experienced, high-energy In-House Recruiter
to help us attract top talent across all our business lines.
Your Role
- **End-to-End Recruitment:**
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for 10–15 hires per month across Sales, Consultants, Accountants, Operations, Compliance, and Real Estate roles, including C-level or key hires when needed.
- **Talent Sourcing:**
- Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, networking events, and referrals, ensuring a strong pipeline for multiple business lines simultaneously.
- **Screening & Interviews:**
- Conduct phone and in-person interviews to evaluate skills, experience, cultural fit, and alignment with business needs.
- **Collaborate with Hiring Managers:**
- Partner closely with department leads to refine job descriptions, understand hiring priorities, and ensure recruitment strategies are aligned with business growth.
- **Employer Branding & Candidate Experience:**
- Represent the company to candidates, delivering a high-quality experience and reinforcing our brand as a top employer.
- **Recruitment Strategy:**
- Stay informed of industry trends, competitor activity, and best practices to continuously enhance recruitment effectiveness.
About You
- **Experience:**
- 3+ years of in-house or agency recruitment experience, ideally in professional services, real estate, finance, or similar fast-paced environments.
- **Communication:**
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- **Relationship Building:**
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.
- **Organization & Time Management:**
- Comfortable managing multiple roles across different departments under tight deadlines.
- **Negotiation Skills:**
- Able to negotiate offers to meet both candidate expectations and business needs.
- **Mindset:**
- Thrives in a high-pressure, fast-growing environment and enjoys the challenge of scaling teams across multiple business lines.
