Urgently Hiring – HR Recruiter \| UAE - Female
We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter with strong knowledge in Blue Collar and White Collar recruitment from inside and outside the country.
UAE
Visa Status: Own Visa / Dependent Visa Preferred
Job Responsibilities
- Handle the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding
- Recruit blue collar and white-collar professionals for multiple industries
- Source candidates from local and international markets
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
- Coordinate interviews with clients and follow up with candidates
- Maintain recruitment databases and candidate records
- Understand client manpower requirements and provide suitable candidates
- Manage job postings on job portals and social media platforms
- Build strong candidate pipelines for ongoing and future requirements
- Handle recruitment process from A-Z professionally and independently
Requirements
- Strong understanding of the UAE and overseas recruitment market
- Experience in manpower consultancy or recruitment agency preferred
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and achieve hiring targets
- Knowledge of job portals, sourcing techniques, and recruitment strategies
- Immediate joiners preferred
- Walking in Interview Date : 28-05-26
