Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, and referrals
- Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate assessments
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and reports
- Post job advertisements on recruitment platforms and social media
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and documentation
- Support onboarding and offer coordination activities
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for ongoing requirements
- Ensure positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 2-5 years of recruitment experience
- Interest in Non-IT/Business hiring
- Good communication and coordination skills
- UAE recruitment experience is an advantage
