Recruiter position based in Dubai, UAE.

Salary
- Salary stated as AED 5,000 per month, plus commission.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing through successful placement.
- Understand client requirements and source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and databases.
- Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and submit shortlisted profiles to clients.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up on feedback.
- Support offer discussions and joining formalities.
- Maintain recruitment records and manage multiple vacancies within agreed timelines.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of UAE recruitment experience.
- Recruitment or staffing agency experience is preferred.
- Strong sourcing, screening, communication, and client-coordination skills.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, Naukri, and other recruitment platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple client requirements and meet placement targets.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
