Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for construction-related positions.
- Source qualified candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate assessments and interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
- Maintain and manage candidate pipelines and recruitment databases.
- Handle candidate communication and follow up throughout the recruitment process.
- Support recruitment for technical and non-technical construction positions.
- Ensure timely vacancy closure according to project requirements.
- Prepare recruitment reports and maintain accurate candidate records.
- Coordinate document collection and pre-employment requirements.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience in the Qatar construction sector.
- Arabic speaker is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of the Qatar recruitment market and local candidate pool.
- Experience recruiting construction professionals, technical staff, and skilled workers.
- Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet recruitment deadlines.
- Candidates currently available in Qatar are preferred.
