Role overview
Leads operations and maintenance for a large-scale facility, ensuring contractual delivery, client satisfaction, and operational performance.
The role combines project and team management with technical knowledge of Building Management Systems, particularly Siemens BMS or equivalent.
Responsibilities
- Manage facility operations and maintenance and lead multidisciplinary maintenance teams.
- Ensure contractual, KPI, and SLA compliance; oversee preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance.
- Review technical reports, engineering proposals, maintenance strategies, and system performance analyses.
- Serve as primary client contact, maintain relationships, prepare reports, and implement continuous improvement.
- Ensure HSE, quality, and statutory compliance.
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- At least 10 years of relevant experience, including significant project management or leadership experience.
- At least 6 years of BMS experience and strong knowledge of Siemens BMS or another leading BMS.
- Experience managing large-scale FM or O&M contracts, facilities, and multidisciplinary maintenance teams.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve client KPIs, SLAs, and contractual milestones.
- Strong leadership, communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- QID is listed as required.
Preferred qualifications
- PMP certification is preferred.
- Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and building automation systems is preferred.

- Work is in person in Doha.
