Electrical Supervisor with valid E-PTW for an Oil & Gas project in Mesaieed and Dukhan, Qatar.
Contract role for four months, extendable.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily electrical installation and site activities.
- Oversee HV/LV switchgear panel installation and related electrical works.
- Supervise engineers, technicians, contractors, and other site teams.
- Monitor work progress, quality, and project schedules.
- Ensure compliance with HSE procedures and Permit to Work requirements.
- Supervise transformer installation, testing, and associated activities.
- Ensure work complies with approved drawings, project specifications, and safety standards.
Requirements
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent; a diploma is also listed as required in the education section.
- At least 7 years of Oil & Gas experience is stated as a requirement, though the experience section labels 7 years preferred.
- Hands-on supervisory experience in HV/LV switchgear panel and transformer installation.
- Valid E-PTW is mandatory.
- QatarEnergy (QE) approval is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of electrical installation practices and site safety requirements.
Workplace
- Work is in person at project sites in Mesaieed and Dukhan, Qatar.
