Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Recruiter role based in Dubai.

The Recruiter will manage end-to-end hiring, including sourcing candidates, screening applications, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating interviews with hiring managers.

The role involves building and maintaining talent pipelines, leveraging job boards, social media, and professional networks to identify qualified candidates.

The Recruiter will collaborate closely with leadership to understand staffing needs, define role requirements, and ensure a smooth, inclusive hiring process.

Additionally, the Recruiter will support employer branding efforts, maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system, and provide regular hiring updates and metrics.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination.
  • Strong communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills to engage candidates and collaborate with hiring teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet hiring timelines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfort working with applicant tracking systems, job boards, and professional networking platforms.
  • Knowledge of or interest in the real estate sector in Dubai or the broader UAE market is an advantage.
  • Commitment to fair, inclusive, and unbiased recruitment practices.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Fluency in English; additional language skills commonly used in the region are a plus.
