Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for construction-related roles, including technical and non-technical positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, referrals, and other channels; screen CVs and conduct initial assessments and interviews.
- Coordinate interviews, candidate communications, follow-ups, pipeline and database management.
- Meet project vacancy deadlines and prepare recruitment reports and accurate candidate records.
- Coordinate document collection and pre-employment requirements.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of recruitment experience in Qatar's construction sector.
- Arabic speaker; Arabic is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of the Qatar recruitment market and local candidate pool.
- Experience recruiting construction professionals, technical staff, and skilled workers.
- Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills; good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work under pressure and meet recruitment deadlines.
- QID is required; candidates currently available in Qatar are preferred.
