Job Purpose
Recreation Agent role supporting guests at the hotel's pool, fitness, and recreation facilities.
The role focuses on guest assistance, facility safety, recreation records, and smooth coordination with hotel departments.
Job Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests using the hotel pool and fitness facilities.
- Register guests and maintain accurate recreation records.
- Keep pool, fitness, and recreation areas clean, safe, and well maintained.
- Set up pool furniture, cabanas, towels, and other guest amenities.
- Monitor supplies and equipment and report maintenance or housekeeping requirements.
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests, feedback, and concerns.
- Report incidents, accidents, and safety concerns to the Supervisor.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping, Laundry, and other departments.
- Promote hotel facilities and services to enhance the guest experience.
- Perform opening, closing, and other duties assigned by the Spa and Recreation team.
Qualifications and Experience
- Previous guest relations experience in 5-star hospitality or the health club industry.
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
