The Hostess represents the hotel as an ambassador and warmly welcomes guests to dine in the restaurant.
The role supports a seamless, memorable dining experience and efficient guest flow.
Responsibilities
- Support the Team Leader, Assistant Manager, and Outlet Manager in planning and organizing daily guest seating.
- Provide hands-on support to the Food & Beverage team and deliver quality service in line with hotel operating standards.
Qualifications and experience
- At least two years of experience in a similar role within a five-star international hospitality environment.
- A Hotel School degree or diploma, or equivalent.
- Knowledge of the Micros system and MS Office applications is required.
Preferred qualifications
- Upselling skills, WSET Level 1, and HACCP training are preferred.
