Reconcile supplier accounts each month, investigate discrepancies, and resolve them.

Responsibilities
- Reconcile supplier invoices and resolve items that do not balance.
- Investigate discrepancies across data, systems, and processes; work with other departments and group companies to resolve them.
- Raise and manage supplier disputes through resolution; identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
- Maintain data accuracy, check billing completeness and correctness, and support workflow and system improvements.
Skills and requirements
- Strong Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Analytical, methodical, tenacious, accurate, and attentive to detail.
- Takes ownership, follows tasks through, and communicates findings and solutions confidently.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Driving licence required.
Compensation
- Salary is £28,000–£35,000 per year.
