About This Role

Job Description

We are looking for a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for welcoming visitors, handling incoming calls, and providing excellent customer service while maintaining a positive and professional image of the company.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
  • Answer, screen, and direct phone calls appropriately.
  • Handle visitor inquiries and provide accurate information.
  • Maintain the reception area and common areas in a clean and organized manner.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries.
  • Maintain records of visitors, calls, and office activities.
  • Operate office equipment such as printers, scanners, photocopiers, and computers.
  • Monitor office supplies inventory and coordinate restocking when needed.
  • Support administrative and clerical tasks as assigned.
  • Maintain filing systems and ensure proper documentation.

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Reception or Customer Service is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Good telephone etiquette.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Clear communication skills in both Arabic and English.
